There’s no place like Las Vegas and there’s nothing like having your own piece of the Las Vegas pie. However, those who are in Atlantic City feel they deserve to have a piece of the Vegas life.

Recently Las Vegas developers and casino companies have been putting billions of dollars into Atlantic City. Atlantic City is not close to the Las Vegas development machine, it is better known for day-tripping seniors, buffets and nickel slots.

But with the billions invested and the support of the residents of Atlantic City, there is an attempt to reinvent the resort town as a Las Vegas style destination point with shows, shopping and celebrity chefs.
