RE/MAX Associates was proud to be the first UltimateIDX™ client in the Las Vegas real estate market. The RE/MAX Designated Broker, Rick Shelton and Ashley DeBusk worked diligently with the programmers and designers at UltimateIDX™ to enhance the searching experience for potential Las Vegas property buyers.

In addition to the enhanced search capabilities of the UltimateIDX™, the system also allows closer contact with RE/MAX professionals that were previously unavailable with other MLS/IDX programs. With the backend provided by this new system Agents are furnished with a variety of messaging, scheduling and reminder options to better serve their clients and customers.

A Better MLS/IDX Solution

At RE/MAX Associates we have tried many MLS/IDX Solutions in the past. Just about every system has a couple of good features but we were unable to locate a complete system that contained all of the features that we liked and/or needed. After an exhaustive search we ran across the UltimateIDX™ owned by The Brokers Edge. The program had every thing we needed in a MLS/IDX Solution and much more right out of the box. Additionally the programmers made some custom enhancements for our Team per our specifications, on time and reasonably priced.

Ease of Use

Buyers have more options too. They can save/delete listings, change criteria or contact information from an easy to use Control Panel as often as needed.

Buyers are also able to subscribe to our VIP Home Finder Alerts^SM and be able to be one of the first to view properties that match their specific criteria and price range in the Las Vegas Valley.
