Trump International – Las Vegas Condos

This marvelous 64-story tower, that will stand on the Las Vegas Strip, across from Wynn Resorts and the Fashion Show Mall, will notably be Donald Trump’s very first project here in Las Vegas.

The Trump International tower, almost fully reserved of its 1,282 luxury condo units, will be sculpted with many similar characteristics as his well-known project in New York.

The condominium residences will offer, 880 studio units, 352 one bedroom layouts, and 50 luxury penthouses consisting of one, two, and three bedroom suites.

There is definitely works of a second tower to be built, and it is expected to follow the first very quickly.

The New Frontier’s Phil Ruffin has joined Trump in the making of this future success project. The towers will reportedly take up somewhere around six acres of the land in which the New Frontier now has.

Trump Towers International will also have a hotel-rental program, where residents may receive monthly monies for the reservation of their unit.

The Trump International tower includes a long list of lavish amenities, some of which are: two restaurants, one will be fine dining and the other casual, a business center and meeting rooms, spa, fitness center, salon, top notch security, outdoor heated pool and bar, lock-out closets, Italian marble floors, plasma televisions and DVD players, floor to ceiling windows, and much more!
