Across the street from McCarran Airport is a building site reserved for a $700 million regional lifestyle center called Town Square.

Centra Properties purchased 70 acres parcel across from McCarran four years ago thinking the property would only be suited for industrial development.

However, a year from now that same property will contain 150 shops, 12 restaurants, a boutique hotel, a multiplex cinema, 200,000 sq. ft. of office space and an outdoor concert venue.
