KB Home’s homes are priced from $282,000 to $287,000 for a 2,000 sq. ft. home. Comparing these prices to a standard 1,800 sq. ft, single-level KB Home at $310,000 consumers are looking to save close to $30,000. Also there is a sense of luxury living that can be had from three-story living.
