Things Need To Change
Local real estate has been in a slump for awhile now. The market has existing homes overpriced and there is an excess of new home and condos. To add to the funk, interest rates have been high and the renters market prices are outrageous.
Local housing experts say that we will have to see some changes in the mortgage interest rates, homes will have to be more modestly priced and the market will have to transission to a buyer’s market in order to move some existing properties. When these things happen we will see a more robust Vegas market.
