The Las Vegas real estate market seems to be having a recent upswing. Lower mortgage interest rates have caused the market to shift into a buyer’s market. With this shift in the market, those looking to sell their homes have had to reevaluate the price tag they stick on it.
Market analysts say that the Las Vegas real estate market is looking to set records this year. This after a slow start at the begining of the year, however things are starting to look up.
