The Market Will Rebound
NAR released its latest COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE OUTLOOK which noted that the commercial market is solid.
The periodical says it expects tightening vacancy rates and rising rents. Not such good new for those dealing with the local real estate market. With increasing home and condo prices, many have chosen to rent their homes. However, with the continuation of large investors pouring funds into the commercial sector there is still hope that Las Vegas condos prices could see a decrease in price.
There are many other factors that help determine prices of local homes, but there is talk of reforms on interest and mortgage rates as well as some regulatory laws being reevaluated. All is not lost for Las Vegas.
