When Howard Hughes came to the desert and purchased Las Vegas real estate he started something that has continued to grow through today. Summerlin boasts some of the hottest Las Vegas homes in Nevada and is composed of over 17 individual neighborhoods; all in various stages of development.

The eventual plan for Summerlin is to have over 30 villages; each with its own unique flavor. Summerlin communities are expected to be completed in 2020 and the population estimates are predicted to be over 160,000. There are a vast array of Las Vegas homes in the Summerlin area for potential homebuyers to choose from.
