The End Of Las Ramblas
The Las Ramblas condo project is dead. Despite the project having $3 billion of backing, top shelf architects, and a huge Hollywood actor in George Clooney, the project could not stay afloat.
According to co-developers Centra Properties, the 25 acres will be sold. When questioned about the details of what killed the project, Centra and Related had no comment.
Analysts say that there is a flooding of Las Vegas condos on the market and that this is the reason that many projects are being put on hold.
