Summerlin Residents Vote
Master-planned community of Summerlin residents recently voted in a Best of Summerlin on-line poll of community favorites selected by residents of Summerlin.
According to Summerlin developer’s marketing director for The Howard Hughes Corp., Kim Haley, the "best place to people watch" was Starbucks at The Trails Village Center.
Haley said, "Apparently, coffee is about seeing and being seen."
Summerlin is a 2,500-acre master-planned community located along the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley that began to take shape in 1990 and is currently home to more than 93,000 residents.
Homes in most of the 100 plus neighborhoods and village parks are priced from the low $200,000s with over 80 models to chose from and there are still approximately 7,500 acres yet to be developed in this master-planned community.
