There were more than 1.1 million members currently involved with NAR, over 25 percent of those have been members more than four years previously. Housing sales have soared for the third consecutive year. However it seems that new agents haven’t fared well. New members of two years or less made less than minimum wage according to the latest Member Profile. A median of $12,850, while veterans of six to 10 years earned a median $58,700, up 18.6 percent from 2002.
