There have been many predictions about the Las Vegas real estate market. Recently SalesTraq released their predictions for the third quarter of the year.
According to the president of the Las Vegas real estate research firm, Larry Murphy, things are not looking good for the Vegas market. At one of his seminars Murphy predicted that the local market will not bolster like many local analysts have predicted it will.
Larry Murphy is known for his seminars where he typically speaks about the housing bubble that is plaguing the Las Vegas housing market. During his seminars Murphy releases streams of information that show how the housing prices in Vegas are rising and according to Murphy will continue to increase into the New Year.
