This class will include a discussion of general principles and conclusions based on laws, regulations, and court cases. Topics include: Misrepresentation; Non-Disclosure; Unauthorized Practice of Law; Disclosure of Environmental Hazards; Agency; Federal Fair Housing Laws; American with Disabilities Act; and Antitrust Laws.
