According to senior vice president of First American Heritage Title Co. and author of Real Estate Trends report, Annette Miller, Real Estate sales are over $1 billion. Miller said that throughout the first nine months of 2005 real estate sales had exceeded this milestone mark. This mark was also achieved in 2004.
