As per information released at this date, the tower will be around 600 feet tall and may be one of the most expensive residential real estate complexes on the strip. The units are expected to cost around $1,500 to $2,000 square feet per unit for a total of between $1.5 billion to $2 billion. The uniqueness of this Las Vegas luxury condo complex is that it will sit atop a 90,000 square foot building which will be the home of Barneys straight from New York City.
