Pacific Concepts
Las Vegas real estate was purchased by Pacific Concepts for developing a $15 million, 68,000 sq. ft. retail, restaurant and office complex.
The first phase of "The Village at The Cauldron" is expected to be completed at the beginning of 2007.
The building is set to be three stories and will offer retail space ranging from just over 1,000 to 10,000 sq. ft.
This Las Vegas property will also offer office space from 900 to 10,000 sq. ft.
