A contract was agreed upon between One Las Vegas and J.E. Dunn Construction Group.
The contract was created between the condo delvelopement and the construction group to build phase one of One Las Vegas Lifestyle Condominiums.
The creations will be the first in the planned village proposed by One Las Vegas on Las Vegas Boulevard.
The developer, Midbar Condo Development is a joint venture featuring 2 local Las Vegas developers and an international developer.
One Las Vegas will have five 18-21 story residential towers along with restaurants, hotels, health club and spa and of course retail that will be open to the public.
