New homes sales have slowed down in the Vegas market and many Las Vegas real estate analysts are scared that the market is beyond saturation. However, Focus Property Group has petitioned the city for a 38 percent increase in the housing density at its Inspirada development. According to Henderson City Attorney Shauna Hughes this will raise the number of units from 11,500 to 14,500.
