Things are looking up for the local market. The market is moving from a seller’s market into a buyer’s market which is stimulating the local Vegas economy and getting local developers very excited.

The market is full of existing homes and developers are wanting to expand and build more.

Also condos are continuing to go up like wildfire. Many developers are finishing up plans and are working on getting their buildings up to code so that they can continue building.
