Market Leveling Out
The biggest worries for Las Vegas real estate investors so far in 2006 is whether they should sell the property they have purchased, or hold on to the homes they have been living in, or even to invest or buy into condos.
For the past five years the national market has been solid, displaying double digits. Author of 1001 Tips for Buying and Selling a Home, Mark Nash gave his report on the first quarter of 2006.
According to Nash’s report the Las Vegas housing market seems to be returning to normal with demand staying steady.
