Market Boom Cash Out

June 20, 2006 Posted In Economic News Homes Update Las Vegas Info

Cities in close proximity to Las Vegas Nevada are having a shrinking problem. According to local housing experts cities surrounding Las Vegas have shrunk by up to 5%.

The reasoning behind it according to Tita Quintos, and other Las Vegas real estate brokers, is the housing market.

According to Quintos and others, some residents are taking advantage of a market boom cash out and leaving for Las Vegas NV, while others are leaving for less expensive cities.

With the market boom cash out residents who bought homes for $30,000 were selling their homes for up to $500,000 to those who wanted to get closer to Las Vegas.

Quintos says that many made a fortune and they decided to do something else, like retire outside of Las Vegas.
