Las Vegas Sands Presents…..Marina Bay Sands
Local condo project the Sands presents the plans for Marina Bay Sands, the new integrated resort for the Marina Bay.
According to reports this will be the most expensive resort the Sands have ever proposed, investing some $3.6 billion in the project. This development will concentrate on hosting conventions and specialize in the hospitality sector.
Looking at the plans there are 2,500 hotel rooms, over 1 million sq. ft. of flexible conventions space, over 1 million sq. ft. of retail space and three large entertainment venues. The amenities list for these Las Vegas condos goes through the roof with everything under the sun including a Paiza Club for premium players only.
