There is much controversy over the planned Las Vegas Plaza seven towers that will replace the torn down Frontier on the strip. However, if all goes to plan by ELAD the owners of the Plaza Hotel in New York, there will be a much larger replica of the famed resort in Las Vegas.

The entire complex will cost in excess of $5 billion and will contain a 4,100 room luxury hotel, 2,600 private condo residences, 175,900 square foot casino, 134,500 square feet for restaurants, 347,887 square feet for retail, 539,607 square feet of convention space, a 50,000 square foot health club, a 1,500 seat theater, and 227,038 square feet of open space on the roof that also includes a pool. The total square footage of the project is 3,317,400 for parking garages with an entire square footage for the entire project at 15,080,846.
