Las Vegas is Top Notch When It Comes to Buisness
According to the Nevada Development Authority (NDA) Las Vegas has gained national top rankings for its business climate.
NDA’s quarterly report shows positive results for Southern Nevada’s economy including 643 new jobs created with an average wage of $21.17 per hour, resulting in an annual payroll of $27.9 million, a one year economic impact of $122.6 million and a five year impact of $615.5 million.
The new jobs will create local tax revenue of $21 million and state tax revenue of $8 million in a five year period. This will have a positive impact on the Las Vegas real estate market.
The report also states that Nevada was recently named one of the top five places to do business and Best State for Business by Development Counselors International.
