Las Vegas Condos See Reduction In Price
There has been a new report released showing the difference in price for Las Vegas condos. Condos showed a decrease in asking price of 24% for the months of March to April.
Sales prices for units also lowered by 20%. There was an increase in the percent of the asking price that was paid in the month of April of 5%. Las Vegas square footage prices were reduced by 11.4% as well.
With the price reductions there was an increase of local condos sold in the month of April by 4.7%.
