Las Residence
Ivana Trump not only has an interest in Las Vegas housing, she now has stake in Beirut. Trump has a condo tower in Las Vegas that is in danger of not being completed.
Now she has went across the Atlantic to try her luck. Her latest project is Las Residence, a 27-story Las Vegas type tower in Beirut. The condo project will feature one, two and three bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses with views of the Mediterranean Sea.
In true Trump fashion and out of pages of Las Vegas, there are many amenities which include marble and wooden flooring, children’s play area, smart home technology, swimming pool and an exotic sauna and Jacuzzi, gym, several restaurants and a 24 hour concierge service.
