Lake Las Vegas Land Deal

15 acres of Las Vegas property at Lake Las Vegas Parkway was purchased by A Land Acquisition Co. LLC for nearly $13.54 million or approximately $902,416 an acre.

The purchased parcel is north of Lake Mead Drive and is set to be developed into residential Las Vegas condos. The buyers and the sellers represented themselves on the deal.
