Is Las Vegas Hot or Not?
Rumors are flying when it comes to Las Vegas condos projects.
Someone says these condo developements are canceled or put on hold, someone else says they are a go.
Fact is that in the last several months, at least seven projects have been canceled.
According to sources in local real estate development, the reasons the projects aren’t boding well for the larger picture is that the lack of buyer interest and escalating land, construction and labor costs.
On the brighter side however, experts in local housing say that this is not the beginning of the end of the Las Vegas real estate market and that Las Vegas is still burning hot.
