Increase In Las Vegas Homes Sales

Thanks to the skyrocketing inventory of Las Vegas homes and condos real estate agents who remember 2004′s tight housing market say today’s consumers have it made.

SalesTraq, a local real estate statistics firm showed that almost 3,000 homes sold in Las Vegas in April of 2004. That number has jumped over 300 percent since then with over 17,000 Las Vegas homes selling in the month of April, 2006.

The numbers are staggering and analysts say it’s not over yet. Most expect that this will be another record breaking year for the Las Vegas real estate market.
