Housing Bubble Rumors Out The Window
Reports released by NAR show that there is no housing bust. Rumors have been flying around that there is a housing bust happening in Las Vegas real estate.
NAR released a market by market home price analysis report that shows that there is no housing bust in the Las Vegas market or any other market in the country either.
The report contained 10 pages that show that the facts simply do not support the possibility of a housing bust. The report did a study on 135 markets, including the Las Vegas market.
