Hill International Gets Dubai Development Job
A Las Vegas firm affiliated with the state-owned developer Dubai Holding has selected international construction consultants Hill International to manage its project.
The project is a $27.7 billion Las Vegas style Bawadi tourism and hospitality project. This project is rumored to not only be one of the most talked about development, but also one of the most expensive privately development venture.
According to sources, Bawadi is scheduled to have 31 hotels completed in several phases over the next eight years.
