Higher Prices, Less Sales
Reports released by NAR show that 1/3rd of the countries real estate markets are seeing rising home prices. Las Vegas exceeds even those staggering numbers.
According to NAR, Las Vegas real estate has displayed some of the greatest increases in home prices in recent years and Las Vegas is experiencing significantly lower sales.
The local market is not alone, other states that contain cities that fall into this category are Arizona, California, Florida, and Virginia.
