High Profile Las Vegas Condos
There have been several high profile local condo projects that have either stalled or completely shut down in the past few months. A few of those projectss are the Icon Las Vegas, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and even more recently the Curve.
With these complications ravaging through Las Vegas condos, there are a flurry of rumors swirling through the city as developers are questioning if this is a real estate slowdown or something less damaging.
Local developers definitely have a few major concerns in the back of their minds. Not the least is concern of escalation land, construction and labor costs.
