This class is designed to help an agent plan for, and work with, a seller in a systematic format. Sellers have specific needs in a real estate transaction as it relates to the sale of real property from the initial contact, the market analysis, the listing process, the documents and forms they may use, through the close of the transaction. In the event the student does not attend, the check will be deposited in Realty ONE Group’seducation sponsorship fund, which is used to offset the cost of real estate education offerings by Realty ONE Group.
