Fourth Quarter 2005 Condo Inventory
The Las Vegas Valley in the fourth quarter of 2005 had over 62,000 condo units completed or under construction. The Las Vegas Valley consists of the inner city and also the outer regions.
Having over 62,000 condos, the Las Vegas Valley doubles the figures from a year earlier.
Applied Analysis, which is an economic research firm based in Nevada, volunteered the information used for reporting.
