Focus Property Group
Focus Property Group is petitioning the city for a an increase in the housing density at its Inspirada development in Henderson. The developer of the 2,000 acre community has expressed that he wants to build an extra 3,000 homes.
The reasoning for the increase in homes is to support a proposed resort and commercial property. So far there have not been any speed bumps and things look to be moving forward on the proposal.
Some experts are saying that once the proposal moves forward it will be met by opposition from city officials and residents who dwell in the neighboring communities.
