Final Approval Obtained For The Gateway Las Vegas
The Gateway Las Vegas is one of many condo projects that were planned for downtown.
Well, Gateway Las Vegas has recently received final approval from the Las Vegas City Council.
This was announced by developer Paul Murad. Perlman Design Group, which designs other local projects, designed the project which is composed of one 39 story tower that includes 236 condominium units and 75 condo-hotel units with a ground floor reserved for retail stores that will be open to the public.
