Expectations Exceeded

Last year the local housing market went on to make record sales of homes, condos and other lucrative commercial deals. A few of those being major casinos and hotel contracts.

This year, despite a slow start it seems as though the local real estate market is going to break records again.

Even with a surplus of homes on the market, low interest rates have allowed the market to surpass all expectations.
