Or maybe they did. Quite a bit of it will probably end up paying utilities or going in the gas tank. I keep waiting for Vegas utilities to stop going up every year, but I guess that will be a long time coming as well. I think some tax breaks would have also been helpful to stimulate the economy, especially for anything related to saving energy.
