Problems for some are opportunities for others. Such is the case in the Las Vegas real estate market. With the number of Vegas foreclosures more than tripling in the last year many real estate buyers are waiting for homes to foreclose before purchasing. This movement is helping the shift from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market.

Las Vegas developers who were buying homes when the market was soft; hoping for a quick flip are now feeling the pressure as many struggle to break even.
