Condo Conversions Continue In Las Vegas
Many developers and investors for condominium conversions for Las Vegas remain bullish amidst rumors that the housing markets are cooling.
One of those is real estate investor Louis Birdman of Sun Vest Communities in Florida. In Las Vegas, Sun Vest has sold 400 to 500 condos this year.
Sun Vest purchased Traverse Point apartments last year for $40 million and has converted to condos starting in the mid $100,000 for one bedroom units.
