The Las Vegas developer Centra Properties is selling off its Las Vegas construction company after two years of business.

When the developer launched a building division it was with the hopes that it would transform itself into a one stop shop for Las Vegas commercial development.

However having the Centra name was more of a curse than a blessing. The name brought the development company recognition, but rival developers were reluctant to hire a competitor to build their projects.
