According to Jack McCabe, Las Vegas housing research and consultant says that Las Vegas and Miami are two of the hottest markets going now.

McCabe says that Las Vegas housing are apt to be hit hard on home prices. McCabe and other experts say that Las Vegas has moved to a buyers market. Buyers are able to pick and choose which housing is suitable for their needs.

With it being a buyer’s market for Las Vegas, many sellers have to reconsider the prices that they are asking for their homes. As of late the sales of Las Vegas property were slumping and sellers were standing firm.
