Lower interest rates have helped stabalize the market and consumer know how is helping get it on track. Home sales are up, irregardless of the surplus and the many condo projects that were shut down or incompleted at the end of the 2006 summer.
Local experts are smiling. Looking at the polls, the Las Vegas real estate market is on track to break all time records for home sales.
