Boyd Gaming Buys From Plise
A four story office building at Rainbow Sunset Pavilion was purchased by Boyd Gaming for $26 million from Plise.
Plise is a Las Vegas real estate development group. The office building is the first of three to be completed in the 25 acre multi-building office park.
The Rainbow Sunset Pavilion totals 450,000 sq. ft. of office space and over 95,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
