Las Vegas developer Steve Lyle showed examples of mixed used concepts that are becoming increasingly popular to people at the International Council of Shopping Centers convention.

There is a proposal that has been put forth for 17 acres to be used to develop Indio Heritage Marketplace. This project will be a throw back to the city’s agricultural roots.

Part of the property will have professional offices and small stores geared to walking around and dining in open air atmosphere.
