Las Vegas Is Still Growing

According to stats posted for Las Vegas real estate in March, the median price of Las Vegas homes sold during the month was nearly $315,000.

This is up almost 7% from the same month a year ago.

According to the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, real estate is continuing to grow.

Upward prices on homes is now leading more local home builders to build into the sky for single family developments.
