Las Vegas Homes Increase Average Prices

Las Vegas real estate has been moving!

For the month of March, the average price of single-family home was $314,950.

According to the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, this is an increase of 6.8% on the average for homes this time last year.

Las Vegas property was up $5,950 from $309,000 in February.
