Home Prices Still On The Rise

With a falling demand in the local real estate market and an increase in housing inventory, home prices still realized a slight appreciation.

Although the appreciation was less than 1 percent, where over the past few years local homes were appreciating at double-digit rates.

According to NAR many markets across the country are experiencing rising homes prices. Hopefully that will change soon.
